How To Make A Brie Stuffed Burger Recipe

Joe Gorgone loves his cheeseburgers. He especially loves them when they’re stuffed with gooey cheese and topped with grilled corn salsa and sweet-chili mayonnaise. These burgers are made by stuffing two butchers’ blend burgers with brie cheese and topping them with grilled corn salsa and hot sauce mayonnaise.

This burger is made of beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and cheese. You should eat it on a Martin’s Potato Roll because it brings out the full potential of this burger!

Brie stuffed burgers are great American foods. They’re easy to make, and they taste delicious. Americans love them because they’re fun to eat. They’re filled with cheese, and they’re topped with bacon.

Instructions

To make the burger pattie, place about 1/4 pound of meat into the bottom cup of the Cuisinor 3-in-1 Burgers Press. Use the press top to push down firmly and centered onto the meat in the base. Remove the press top and fill the indent in with a cube of brie cheese. Then use the same process as before to seal the edges of the burger patty and then remove the burger patty from the press and place on a plate. Repeat this process with the remaining burgers.

Worcestershire sauce should be added to every burger patty before cooking. Mayonnaise should be mixed together with other ingredients before serving.

To make the salsa: Add the corn, peaches, cherries (if you’re using them), jalapenos, lemons, basil and a pinch or two of salt to a bowl and toss well to combine. When you’re ready to cook the burgers: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is hot, grill the burgers until they reach your preferred doneness. Remember that these are pretty large patties and they’ll take a little longer to grill than most. I grilled mine for about 8 minutes per each side.

To serve, spread a little mustard on the bottom of your bread. Top with the burger patties, bacon, and then add the salsa, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Add the top half and enjoy!

Brie Stuffed Burgers with Sweet Chili Mayo Corn Salsa

A killer burger that is perfect for all your summer outings. Growing up, my parents didn’t take us out very often, but when we did, we went to a restaurant in Lakewoods called The Rush Inn. They serve great food, and especially amazing burgers.

My dad always orders the blue cheese burger. He doesn’t care about the taste because he knows it’s healthy. He orders it every night. He also orders the fries. He never orders anything else. He doesn’t even order salad or drink water.

Brie is an excellent substitute for blue cheese. This burger tastes great! You can use your Cuisinart 3-In-1 Burger Press to create delicious burgers.

This burger is stuffed with melty bier cheese. Really, does a hamburger get any better than when its stuffed with bier cheese? I mean, come oonnnn!! I also added a sweet chilmayo and corn salsa for spiciness, sweetness and texturrrr.

This is the burger for all your cookouts! Did I mention the bacon?! If you love bacon, make sure to top this brie stuffed burger off with your favorite type of Bacon for extra juiciness & flavor. So good!!

INGREDIENTS

Burger. 1½ pounds ground meat. 6-8 ounces cheese. 4 slices bacon. 4 hamburger buns. Sweet chili mayo. Lemon juice. Basil.

A pinch of salt and pepper. Grilled corn salsa. 2 ears grilled corn, diced. Peach, diced. 4-6 cherries, pitted + chopped. Jalapeno, seeded + chopped. Lemon juice. Basil. Salt.

DIRECTIONS

A burger patty is made by placing meat into the base cup, pressing down, removing the top, filling the hole in the middle with cheese, reattaching the top, and pressing again. This process makes a burger patty.

Drizzle each patty with worcestershire sauce. Put them in the fridge while you mix up the mayonnaise and salsa. Make sure to cover the patties with the mayo mixture before putting them back into the fridge. Serve the burgers when you’re ready.

To make the salsa: Add the corn, peaches, cherries (if you’re using them), jalapenos, lemons, basil, and a pinch of salt. Toss well to mix. When ready to cook, preheat the grill. Grill your burgers until they reach the desired done-ness. Remember that these are pretty large patties and they’ll take a little longer to grill than most. I grilled mine for about eight minutes per side.

To serve, spread a little mustard on the bottom of your toast. Top with the hamburger patty, bacon, and then add the salsa! Add the top half of your bun and enjoy!
